FULTON, Mo. – Due to impending weather, the 2019 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Softball Tournament has been pushed back a day.
The double-elimination tournament, originally scheduled to begin on Thursday, will now start on Friday. Top-seeded Eureka College (24-6) will open against fourth-seeded Spalding (26-13) 3 p.m. Friday at Westminster College.
Prior to that, second-seeded Iowa Wesleyan (26-9) will kickoff the tournament against third-seeded Greenville (20-12) at 1 p.m.
The Saturday games will be played at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., and the tourney will conclude on Sunday with either a sixth game at 1 p.m., or if necessary, a seventh and final game immediately afterwards.
