Women's Basketball July 19, 2017 Eureka Releases 2017-18 Women's Basketball Schedule EUREKA, Ill. – First-year Eureka College women’s basketball head coach Amos Arbogast announced the Red Devils’ 2017-18 schedule on Wednesday morning. The slate includes a Nov. 1 exhibition at Division I Illinois State, a 25-game regular season with 16 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference contests, the Red Devils’ first matchup with in-state rival Illinois Wesleyan since 2007 on Dec. 4 and the annual Midnight Madness game on Dec. 10.

Arbogast, who has served the EC men’s basketball program as an assistant coach since 2011, becomes the 12th head coach in Eureka women’s basketball history.

LOUIS, Mo. – Eureka College basketball players Tatum Dowell (Morton, Ill./Morton H.S./MaMurray) and Alex Wiegand (Washington, Ill./Washington H.S.) have been named to the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Winter All-Academic Team, the league office announced Thursday morning.
Women's Basketball March 3, 2017 Red Devils’ Run Ends at #2/4 Thomas More, 97-58 CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. – The Eureka College women’s basketball team saw one of its best seasons in program history come to an end Friday night in the opening round of its first NCAA Tournament, a 97-58 defeat to #2/4 and defending national champion Thomas More at Connor Convocation Center in Crestview Hills, Ky. The decision ended Eureka’s season with a 20-8 record.
