Austin Woodside was named Sports Information and Gameday Operations Coordinator at Eureka College in August of 2024.

Woodside began working in the Eureka College athletics communications office in a part-time role in January of 2024. He was named interim Sports Information and Gameday Operations Coordinator in April of 2024 and officially assumed the role shortly after. While serving in this position, he earned his Master of Science in Kinesiology and Recreation with a focus in Sport Management from Illinois State University in December of 2024.

In addition to his administrative responsibilities, Woodside continues to assist the men’s soccer program, working primarily with goalkeepers.

Prior to joining the staff at Eureka, he was a three-year letterwinner at goalkeeper at Illinois Wesleyan University, where he graduated with a degree in Business.  

A 2018 graduate of Normal Community High School, Woodside was a team captain and Big 12 first team All-Conference selection as a senior, helping the team to an 18-4-1 season and an IHSA Class 3A Super-Sectional appearance.
