Bio

Isaiah Pace was named the program's 15th head coach Friday, May 16, 2025. The 2025-26 season will be his first at the helm of the Red Devils.

Pace brings over 14 years of coaching experience across the basketball landscape, including collegiate programs, professional scouting, AAU circuits, and youth development initiatives.

His professional experience includes working with the Orlando Magic as a Summer League scout and coaching official team tryouts for the NBA G League's Texas Legends. In the collegiate ranks, he has contributed as an assistant coach at Dallas Baptist University, assisting with recruiting, player development, and strategic planning.

Pace has also coached and trained elite-level talent with The National Basketball Academy, helping players reach the next level. Among his notable success stories is Sam Walters, an ESPN Top 20 recruit and a member of the University of Alabama's NCAA Final Four team.

At the high school level, Pace served as Athletic Director and Head Boys' Basketball Coach at Holy Redeemer Catholic School, where he led the program to a perfect season and a Diocese Varsity Boys Championship.

In addition, he has directed grassroots development efforts through the Jr. Magic League, a youth basketball initiative in partnership with the NBA's Orlando Magic. His consulting work with Madison College Women's Basketball further highlights his dedication to supporting teams through player development.
